Vintage letterpress block, likely used to print an aspect of the packaging for tobacco. The text reads:
Factory No. 93. 1st Dist. of MO.
NOTICE - The manufacturer of this tobacco has complied with all the requirements of law. Every person is cautioned, under the penalties of law, not to use this package for tobacco again.
(The third photo has been reversed so you can easily read the block.)

The block measures approximately 6" by 6" square, by 15/16"d. A continuous piece of metal is attached to a wood block. The metal plate features 7 labels in a vertical column. It has some nice green oxidation.

Use as a stamp in cardmaking or scrapbooking, or display in your shadowbox of nicknacks and trinkets.
