This is a very interesting set, very colorful, beautifully beaded featuring dragons done in beads, rhinestones and sequins Incredible artwork. It's actually quite heavy just from the weight of the beadwork.

The skirt is 36" long, not including fringe. The waist measures 30.5". Both pieces are fully lined. The jacket is 24" long, 19" underarm to underarm seam and the sleeves are 21" long.

Condition: There are a few light watermarks. I have had good luck removing watermarks with a little ecoover, a sponge and cold water. The watermarks are not noticeable unless you're looking for them. They are mostly hidden under the beads.

Sorry to need to add a few things here. First, I sell a lot of designer things here and on Ebay as chattergirl427. If you have doubts, check my over 4000 positive feedbacks there. I have feedbacks for everything from Hermes scarves to Chanel shoes and handbags. My stuff is ALWAYS the real deal.
I double list in both places (always for less here).
I do not consider an item sold until it is paid for. So if you purchase, but don't pay, you could lose your item.
Second, What I see lately on etsy, is people purchasing, and then writing to haggle over shipping. If you are placing a big order, or live close and want to haggle over shipping, I don't mind, but please restrict that to a pre-purchase activity.

I have been shipping for 10 years. It's not as simple as stick on a label and end of story. I wish it was, but I have a shipper person who prefers to be paid, and shipping supply costs for mailers, peanuts, ink to print labels, paper to print on, tape and bubble wrap.
If I have to insure an item for over 200, or ship international, somebody has to go to the post office instead of printing the postage from here. So add in gas and time to stand in line. Those things have to be factored into shipping costs. That being said, if when I go to ship, I see that the shipping charges have exceeded actual cost by more than a few bucks, I generally refund the difference to paypal.

We do not ship international without insurance and tracking with the exception of under 10 dollar, lightweight items to Canada.
We ship anything over $10 by priority mail international so we can insure. I sell for clients. I have no choice.
Just a pair of earrings is $24 to Canada or 29 everywhere else, before we even get the insurance ticket which can go up to 7 dollars depending on cost of the item.
Sometimes it happens, that when we list an item, it is priced at say 49 dollars, and would require insurance, and then it gets marked down to 9.99, and would no longer require insurance. If you feel this is the case, I don't mind looking into it for you, so please write before you buy.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I have another store on Etsy, called bearlyart for my hand painted clocks, and also am a co-seller in ifoundtreasures. My listings have b.a.t at the bottom.
