Made in 1960 by Marklin, Western Germany this fantastic steam engine is HO Scale and measures 11.5cm long, 4cm wide and 5cm high.

Incredibly collectible, it features 3 lamps on the front of the engine, and the rods on the wheels move as the wheels turn.

Generally in good condition, he does have some minor damage acquired over the years - the ladder on one side of the cabin is missing, there is some rust on the rods and the bumpers, plus the pickup is missing from the bottom - according to the man at our local model store these can be picked up fairly easily online. Due to the pickup missing we haven't been able to test if the engine works, but apparently they were very well made and not many things go wrong with them. We've allowed for the doubt in our pricing though.

Please note this train is for an AC train set - it requires a third rail between the tracks which is how the power is transferred to the engine.

To reward our loyal customers we’re more than happy to offer a 10% discount to you if you choose to buy more than one of our items in a single transaction. Simply put ‘multiple’ as a coupon code at checkout and the price will automatically adjust.
