-Q. Do you offer any type of discounts?

A. Etsy will sound out a coupon if an item is added to your cart or favorited. I do not have any special discounts for large orders, as each item is custom embroidered and I am limited to how many I can produce within a single day. However, free shipping is available on orders over $35

Q. - My Wedding date has changed, I made an error on my order, I lost my handkerchief, or I changed my mind on my choice of thread colors, what can be done?

-A. Unfortunately, if the information that was originally submitted on an order has changed, or the purchaser entered information incorrectly, the stitching is permanent and cannot be changed. If an item is lost, it has to be remade from scratch. If you are wanting another item, regardless if it is with different information or not, an additional purchase would need to be made. Supplies, shipping costs and labor are the same, regardless if it is a duplicate order, as expenses, fees, etc. are the same. Please understand that I am not trying to profit from uncontrollable events, or errors made by the customer, but if a customer chooses to move forward with a new order, I still have to cover the same expenses, fees and labor for new products.

-Q. Do you offer Boxes?

-A. In an effort to keep shipping costs and the price of the product down, I do not supply boxes. All items come wrapped in a tissue style envelope with a complimentary note card and matching seal, that can be placed after viewing. They are then package into individual cellophane bags.

-Q. Where do I leave my custom info, and do you work with custom text?

-A. There is a personalization box available in each listing with the requested info listed above it. If you are wanting a custom phrase, I can work with approximately up to 150 characters of text, due to my font size. The personalization box is set up to take the max number of characters I work with. So it must all fit in the box, including names and date. ENGLISH LETTERING AND PUNCTUATION ONLY PLEASE REVIEW YOUR INFO BEFORE CHECKING OUT, AS THE STITCHING IS PERMANENT AND CANNOT BE REMOVED.

-Q. Do you provide proofs or sample photos?

-A. I do not send them automatically, but if you would like one, please let me know. I will only send it in black, as I cannot exactly match colors in my digital program. I will not be able to start an order until the proof is approved, if requested.

-Q. What is your turnaround time?

-A. I am located in Louisiana, and the estimated delivery dates are shown in each listing. All items are shipped standard via US Postal Service ground advantage, however, Express Mail and Priority Mail shipping upgrades are available upon checkout. Shipping upgrades only affect the shipping speed, it does not move an order up on line.

Q. Do you have any other color than White handkerchiefs?

A. No, all handkerchiefs are white, 100% cotton handkerchiefs.

Q. Do you work with images that I provide?

A. No, my embroidery program does not digitize graphics. The scroll design and any other designs on my handkerchiefs are outsourced.

Q. Can I send you a handkerchief or other item of mine to embroider?

A. No, due to liability reasons, I only work with the products that I sell. If an item were to become damaged during embroidering, I would not be able to replace it.

Q. Can your embroider on more than one corner of the handkerchief?

A. No, I only embroider the saying/design that is shown on the one corner of the handkerchief. Unfortunately, I do not work with custom text or add extra sayings to handkerchiefs.

*ABOUT MY HANDKERCHIEFS*
All of my handkerchiefs are 100% cotton and perfect for wiping away those happy tears! Also, I ONLY embroider my handkerchiefs using 100% polyester thread so there is no worries about the threads running on to the fabric when laundered. As with most delicate embroidered items, hand washing and lay flat to dry is recommended. If you choose to touch up with an iron, PLEASE only iron on the backside of the handkerchief with a warm steam iron to prevent scorching the embroidery
All ladies handkerchiefs measures 12 x 12 inches and have a beautiful crochet lace edge.
All men’s handkerchiefs measure 16 x 16 inches and have solid banded border.

*HOW THEY ARE PACKAGED*
Each item will come wrapped in a tissue envelope (see in photos).
The silver foil seal will included, but not attached, so you can view the item before gifting. They are then placed in a clear cello bag.
All items are then shipped in a 10 x 13 mailing envelope which may or may not fit in your mail receptacle, so please check porches or otherwise.

*WHAT I NEED TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER*
Please be sure to include the recipient for the top line (any name or nickname is perfect), the name for the signature, and the wedding date.
It is MOST important to check the spelling for the names, and date for embroidery. The stitching is permanent and cannot be removed.

*PROCESSING TIMES*
Processing times vary, and are noted in each listing.
Unless my machines are in for maintenance, my processing times are pretty quick, and I am sure to update them as they change.
