Welcome to Upon a Pedestal Designs!

Harker Pottery was an Ohio based pottery company. The Harker Pottery name began around 1857 and was operated by George S. Harker. The company was in business until 1972. The plate is part of their "Everglades" collection.

This beautiful piece would be a wonderful addition to any table setting. When you're not using this classic pedestal to serve your favorite goodies at your next party, it can be used to display fresh fruit in your kitchen, candles in your living area, jewelry in your bedroom or soaps and hand towels in your bathroom. Wherever this versatile piece is displayed, it will be a casual reminder of an era-gone-by.

This unique pedestal is an upcycled design which measures approximately 10 inches across and 5 1/2 inches high. Both the plate and it's base have been previously loved, which adds to its vintage feel. It will be securely packaged with the care and respect it deserves.

Hand wash only.
