This tiny bowl is the perfect accessory for tea drinkers. Would, also, be a great trinket dish to hold your rings.

I made this bowl on the potter's wheel in my Kansas studio. I applied layers of celadon green slip inside the bowl and then painted a holly design. I glazed the outside of the bowl in cinnamon red glaze and the inside in shiny clear glaze. I then fired it in my electric kiln to almost 2200 degrees Fahrenheit. I applied mother of pearl luster to the inside and fired the bowl in my kiln for a third time.

Tea bag rest/ trinket dish measures .75 inches (1.9 cm) high by 4 inches (10.16 cm) in diameter.
