Roger Penrose devised and popularised this shape in the 1950s, describing it as "impossibility in its purest form". It is featured prominently in the works of artist M. C. Escher, whose earlier depictions of impossible objects partly inspired it.

The stamp is hand-carved out of rubber and mounted on a piece of sanded, salvaged wood. It comes in a recycled plastic and cardboard package.

Use it to decorate your own cards, decorative/wrapping papers, stationary, packaging, etc.! The possibilities are endless..

The stamp image measures approx. 1 3/8" x 1 1/4".
