INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We DO ship internationally, but due to recent USPS rate increases, our listings may not show shipping rates to Canada, Australia, the UK, etc. PLEASE CONTACT US directly via Etsy message to get a shipping quote if you'd like us to ship outside the US.

Our goal is to ship orders out within each item's noted estimated timeframe from receipt of payment in a sealed flat mailer, flat rate envelope, bubble mailer, or box with packing material to ensure a safe arrival. All shipments within the United States are sent via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, Media Mail, or Standard Post depending on the type, weight, and size of the package. At our discretion, large orders may be shipped requiring a signature for receipt of package. A tracking number and/or Customs Declaration Number is provided on all packages. Please check your e-mail address on the order for shipping notifications.

Please ensure that your mailing address is a secure location for delivery and is updated before placing your order. Signature confirmation and/or insurance services are available if arrangements are made in advance for an additional fee. Please contact us before purchase to add this service onto your order.

PDF/DIGITAL FILES: PDF files are available for instant download via your "Purchases" folder once payment is received. NO PAPER PATTERN WILL BE MAILED.

Your items will be shipped to the address on the Etsy order unless specified in the "Comments" section of the order.

If an order is returned by the post office because of an incorrect address or the address is undeliverable as provided on your order, the order can be reshipped to a new address for an additional shipping cost.

Duty/Customs/VAT fees and/or taxes may be charged on shipments outside the USA (including digital files). It is the Buyer's responsibility to pay these fees/taxes. Please contact your country's customs/import agency for duty/tax/fee information as we do not have this information.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund for orders to USPS restricted countries.

We am not responsible for lost or stolen packages after your package has been submitted to and accepted/received by the US Postal Service or other applicable shipping carrier. If your order is stolen, please file a stolen mail report with the USPS in addition to a police report with your local Police Department.

If an order is returned because the package was refused by the buyer, a refund may be given minus the amount paid for shipping and fees.

If an International order is returned "undeliverable" and was shipped via Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope and/or Small Flat Rate Box, the buyer will be charged return postage charges via a new listing or Paypal invoice.
