I can only ship to the address you provide me. PLEASE check your address at checkout and make sure it is correct. If I ship to a wrong address that you provided, I do not refund. If it somehow makes it back to me, I will refund the item price only. I also do not refund shipping if the customer doesn't pick up a package that is held for them at the Post Office and it gets returned to me.

If for some reason you change your mind and want to cancel before I ship, I will cancel. Once your order has been mailed I cannot cancel and a return will forfeit all shipping charges.

Any Rush My Order fees will not be refunded in the event that the customer returns an item/items.

~ Custom Made Dog Retrieval Aids ~

These dog pull straps/tabs are made out durable 550 Military Spec cord with a seven strand core which will not rot or mildew. It is also resistant to UV fading and made in the USA. Three sizes available.

The extra large "Refrigerator/Drawer Pulls" measure approximately 13 inches with a 5 inch loop. (Sizes can be adjusted for a custom fit to your specifications.)

The large "Refrigerator/Drawer Pulls" measure approximately 9 inches with a 5 inch loop. (Sizes can be adjusted for a custom fit to your specifications.)

The smaller "Key Retrieval Aids" measure approximately 6 inches with a 3 inch loop. (Sizes can be adjusted for a custom fit to your specifications.)

NOTE: These retrieval aids will not help your dog turn a door knob. They are also not for use on doors with lever handles.

This door pull is beyond what expected. After moving into an independent living community, I had knee replacement surgery. Recovery has been beyond difficult. I have a mobility scooter to get around our campus (about 100 acres) that are too far to walk. The pull definitely helps me close my apartment door. I bought the large but I think a extra large will do even better. Not to worry..the large is going to find a new home on my pantry door. There may even be more pulls in my future. So glad I found these pulls...so GLAD you make these pulls. Thank you!

Item is as described. Well crafted. Good quality. I sort of wish the ball portion near the end was a little larger. I’m unsure if a larger size is necessary though. I’m attempting to train my dog to pull open/close the door and ironically, this dog, which chews literally everything, is not interested in touching this door pull!
