IMPORTANT SIZING INFO:
-When ordering, the collar width and the tag width must be the same.
-The ID tag changes the smallest adjustable size of the collar because it is sewn into the collar during construction. If you add a tag to your collar, it will change the smallest adjustable size of the collar by the amount shown below:

Example: 1" wide collar that is 14-21" long, add a 1" wide ID tag which is 2" long = new smallest adjustable size = 16"-21".

*3/8" wide tags are 1.5" long, so this should be added to the lowest adjustable size mentioned in the listing to give you an estimate of the smallest adjustable size.

The best way to pick the right size collar for your dog is to measure your dog's neck & pick from the size chart. Be sure to consider your dog's strength, breed & weight as each dog is different. Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of products for their pet.

-My items are custom made-to-order. which means I do not have a premade supply of items. I handmake each order myself after receiving the order and include your choice of fabric, collar size and buckle type (plastic, metal or engraved) and buckle color (for plastic buckles).
-The production time for a custom handmade collar and other items in my shop is 8-10 business days (Monday through Friday and excluding legal holidays) after your order is placed. I sometimes finish orders sooner.
-You will receive a tracking notice when your order ships.
-U.S. orders usually take 3-5 days to arrive once they are shipped. Orders to Europe usually take 5-15 days to arrive once they are shipped.

My custom handmade items are made with cotton fabric.

Plastic Buckle Cat & Dog Collars, Leashes, Key Fobs, Bandanas
-Machine washable cold or warm water.
-Lay flat/tumble dry on low heat setting.

Metal Buckle Dog Collars
-Machine washable cold or warm water.
-Put collar inside a sock & tie a knot at the end of the sock to prevent scratching during washing.
-Lay flat to dry

Bow Ties
-Hand wash or spot clean & dry flat.

PLEASE NOTE: My products are not intended to be washed with a harsh detergent or bleach. These products & stain removers can discolor, fade or weaken the fabric.

-Once an order is shipped, unfortunately I have no control over what happens to it.
-If your package is damaged or the packaging is opened when you receive it, you should notify your local post office.
-USPS Priority Shipping is available to purchase as an upgrade when you make a purchase from my shop.
According to the USPS website, Priority Mail includes:
-Delivery in 1 to 3 business days.
-Up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply)

My collars are made to last but are not indestructible, after all dogs will be dogs and cats will be cats! Pinky's Pet Gear is not responsible for the wear and tear your dog or cat puts on his or her collar or leash.

If you have a cat or dog that spends time outdoors, exposure to the elements (sun, snow, rain, swimming, salt water, mud) can cause cotton fabric to discolor and or weaken. Additionally, sunlight exposure can cause fabric to fade.

Pinky's Pet Gear collars are not meant to be worn on dogs that are tied-out.

Buckles on all dog and cat collars are quality checked multiple times during the construction process.

Pinky’s Pet Gear cat collars are made with breakaway buckles that are intended to keep your cat safe. Breakaway buckles pop open when they get caught on something or when they are tugged on. If your cat’s buckle pops open that means the collar is doing its job. :)

Great add on piece! However, be aware that for smaller cats/collars the tag is still a little big. Still glad I got this extra!

Absolutely perfect! No more dangling dog tags!! My dogs try to chew on the tags that hang from their collars and this fixed that problem! Great quality too!

This is the second collar we’ve ordered from Pinky’s Pet Gear and it’s just as cute as the first! Now Peanut has a fall/winter collar and a spring/summer collar ;)
