I took over 2 months from the first time I reached out to get my order even placed. I called and left several voicemail messages with no return phone call. I emailed, sent several messages via Etsy and Facebook before I got a response to actually place my order. As far as the product it was awful. For some reason I’m not able to attach the actual pictures to show how bad it is along with this review (but I have them and shared them already with sissy little) the branches do not stick - they are falling off the wall. We had painted several weeks in advance and followed all other instructions but still the decal did not stick. After several more unsuccessful attempts to contact sissy little asking for suggestions on how to get the decal to stick, I am writing this review. They have yet to respond with assistance.
