My mama used to bake the best coconut pies and they were always a request for family reunions. I found this vintage coconut extract bottle and placed it in a 7" x 9" shadowbox. The bottle sets on paper that has the look of vintage wallpaper. I added the description of a good cook which I found in a 1959 Girl Scout Manual and made a copy of. It says, "Cooking is both a science and an art. It can also be a creative experience. Everyone likes to eat, whether indoors or out, as a good cook is always popular."

The shadowbox was painted black with a bit of blue.
I think this would make a cute wedding shower gift.

There is a hook on the back for this shadowbox to be hung on the wall.
