i understand the shipper has no control of logistics, it took about 1.5 months to come, and I ordered in advance for a friend bday gift, only to finally received it broken :( handlebar broke off even though the package was wrapped in stylophone to prevent it from cracking. The quality of the cup you can tell is probably from the dollar store and the picture still shows when the cup is dark, other than shipping time and poor quality at least the thermal part of the cup actually works.

Poor quality. You can see the picture before mug is filled with hot liquid, and it is purple not black.

This product is greatly worth the money! I loved that I could faintly see the picture even while the mug is cold. It is also microwaveable!
