The facilitators' guide will also help individuals get the most out of doing the activity by themselves. The workbook includes 3 pages of weather-related words, over 200 in all, to help spark creative thinking.

Developed by an occupational therapist/psychotherapist with over 30 years' experience in therapeutic settings, this activity was first used in an outpatient community mental health setting which operated on the recovery model of mental health treatment. The multidisciplinary approach included requiring that all clinicians be versed in a variety of approaches for integrated and cohesive care. And it worked! We had many successful graduates of the program, who then became mentors to others.
