Well written pattern. Just be aware that the doll doesn't seem to stand on its own, I think because it's top-heavy. I decided to create a coat for the doll so it could stand, and it worked out well. The cowl is okay if the right yarn is used - mine curled for some reason. I can see using the body for other kinds of dolls, so this is a useful pattern. Thank you!
