We do not send receipts with our orders.

All items will be shipped by USPS 1st Class Mail (we have given you the option to purchase INSURANCE which we recommend, at checkout). You can add the Priority Mail upgrade or the Express Mail upgrade option to your order, these options can be found within each item description. Adding Priority or Express Mail will not change the production time as each cuff is made by hand especially for you.

Once items ship they are no longer the responsibility of D & L Designs 4 U. This means we are not responsible for items lost, stolen, damaged, delayed or misdirected by the postal service. We recommend insuring your order, if you would like to purchase insurance; please use the drop-down menu during checkout and select "Insurance through USPS". All claims are paid by USPS, please see USPS.com for more information.

If a package is returned to D & L Designs 4 U for any reason, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees.

We ship to the US, Canada and Internationally.

D & L Designs 4 U is not responsible for any additional customs, duty, tariffs, or handling charges, these fees must be paid by you, the buyer at the time of delivery. As the buyer it is your responsibility to check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. For U.K. deliveries:
Orders shipping to the U.K.; VAT charges are possible prior to delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once shipped, International orders can take approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery this includes customs clearance. We regret that tracking is not available on all International orders. We will send you the USPS ID number in your shipping notification email as our assurance to you that we did ship your purchase. This number can be used to track the package until it leaves the USA at www.USPS.com or through Etsy. Once out of the country, questions should be directed to your local postal and customs offices.
