-Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties.* This wonderful root in combination with your probiotic booch can settle a troubled tummy. You also achieve fabulous carbonation in your secondary fermentation from the crystallized sugar and the lactobacillis bacteria and wild yeasts live naturally on ginger.
-Lemon peel gives this blend some Vitamin C power and an extra antioxidant boost with limonene.
Ingredients: Ginger*, Crystalized Ginger, Lemon Peel*.
Instructions: Add 1 -3 tsp per 16 oz of kombucha. Drop them into your secondary fermentation and allow bottle to remain at room temperature for 2-5 days. Don’t forget to burp your booch to prevent an explosion! Strain and taste your kombucha. Move your booch to the fridge when it has the desired flavor.
