This is a fragment of a Triceratops bone excavated in Bad Lands, South Dakota in 2016.
It was found during a dig that included the Natural History Museum in Phila.
I belong to a Paleo society who meets out of the museum and we do go on some digs with museum staff.

It is from the Cretaceous Period, and is about 66 to 68 million years old
Possibly part of a rib bone or a section of frill.

It is wire wrapped and hung on a 20 inch leather cord with a lobster clasp.
