This is a Butterick poncho pattern from the 1970s. Ponchos are better than a jacket any day. Misses' poncho-one piece poncho, lined to edge, is circular with center front seam. It is complete with instructions and uncut. Butterick pattern 5862, One size misses ponco. It isn't dated, but based on the style I'm assuming 1970s. Envelope has typical corner wrinkling.

It is one size-Poncho 54," 60"-1 5/8.
