❤️ I fell in love with Chai in 2001. I had never even heard of the stuff until a sorority sister (Hey Phi Sig!) introduced me to it. My family knew I had a tea obsession but Chai never made it under the tree.
This tea was created with help from the Patel Brothers in Ann Arbor. If you want to learn how to make a good quality Chai, learn from someone who hails from the country where Chai originated. ☕️
This tea is excellent with milk (vanilla almond milk is phenomenal with this). It is pretty bold & spicy with about 80mg of caffeine.
Ingredients: Hong Cha black tea, cardamom, cloves, star anise, black pepper, ginger, and cinnamon.
