Vintage or Antique marble from the 1900's glass kiln fired and turned into wearable art. Each Marble melts differently, no other looks like this one! It reminds me of orange sherbert - swirling orange, white and every color in between! During the firing process the marble becomes flat on one side. This brings the glass design forward and on display. The diameter of this marble is about 2 cm (0.8 inch). After the marble is kiln fired I attach a sterling silver bail to the back - Old turned into new!

Gift box included. This makes a fantastic, personal, one of a kind gift.

*Please note the bail is big enough to slide onto any chain, ribbon or cord. The sterling silver chain in the photo is not included. See the sterling silver chain listing and add for just $10.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Please note the bow color on the box in this photo(s): your bow color will be selected to match your purchase unless you send me a message at check out ~ I will be more than happy to send whatever color bow you would like.
Bow color choices: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, cream, grey or pink. Happy Shopping!

AbOuT MarBLry...

Hello! My name is Carinne. I have been firing ceramics for the past 14 years. Then a few years ago I found a glass kiln under my Christmas tree! My mind went nuts...I started kiln firing wine and soda bottles (http://www.cbaltzer.etsy.com).
Then one day I thought MARBLES are glass!!! & as they say, the rest is history...

I love to search for antique and vintage glass marbles...walking into an old antique shop and right away I spot a mason jar full of the little gems. I love that feeling! My husband has gotten really into it too. We both enjoy the whole process. Glass kiln firing them is really interesting, each marble melts differently and some even change color! We have lots of choices as to how to position the marble in the kiln. Each side would have a different outcome. The firing process makes the marble flat on one side and the swirls of glass are brought forward on display. When transforming the marbles into jewelry I use all sterling silver with professional glass glue and extended curing times. Old turned into new, wearable art!
