Here's a rolling typewriter stand that's grey like a battleship, and built like one too. It's made by Tiffany Industries, probably in the 1960's. It looks like it was designed to have a drop leaf on either side (or both), This one has a leaf on the left side, which flips up and locks into place to make a very secure extension. The cart is on casters, and there's a foot pedal that drops the whole table down onto the adjustable cast metal feet to keep it from rolling around once it's where you want it.

There's some light surface rust, some missing paint on the top, various dings and scratches, and one of the plastic edges on a foot is missing, but other than that it's very solid. It's nearly 27" tall when rolling and drops down 1/2" when locked down. The main table is a little over 18" square, the side table is 16" x 20", and the footprint is about 23" square. It weighs a substantial 39 lbs.

This table is strong enough to hold 200+ pounds and still roll easily! Ideal for holding a small press, which can be rolled out of the way when not in use.

The wheels and feet will be removed keep the size of the package below the over-sized dimensions. They are simple to reattach, with 2 bolts on each leg.

Maximum of $50 shipping charge which will cover a large 45 lb. package to the West Coast. If you're nearer to us in the Northeast, shipping will be substantially less, and we'll gladly refund any savings International customers will find shipping costs prohibitive. Item # 1105020
