• Non customized items CAN be returned or exchanged for a store credit/remake within 30 days of delivery. To be accepted they must not be worn or damaged and still in the original packaging. Because our items are handmade, there will be a 20% charge (plus shipping) as a restocking fee on all returns.

UPDATE: Customer service is amazing!!! So thrilled I chose their jewelry. And I was able to purchase an extender. The perfect minimalist necklace. I wish I had bought a longer chain (16 or 17) but that was my bad on my measurements. Great quality.
