This banner is constructed from layers of coordinating glitter cardstock: hot pink, silver and black. Double sided foam tape is used to adhere the cardstock for durability and added depth and dimension.

Each banner comes with 3 sets of eyelashes, 3 lips and 3 lipsticks.

The complete bunting in the image shown within this listing is strung between two hooks spaced approximately 6 feet apart.
