What you will receive: 1 base unfinished white. 1 name with the capital letter separate from the rest of the name also unfinished. You will attach the name to the base once you’ve decorated it 😊

In order to keep your cost down low, we do not send a proof for this item. We will pick a script font that best suits your name.

We love to get at least eight business days to create your centerpiece, however we know that rushes are sometimes needed. If this is the case, please contact us and we will let you know our schedule.

Due to customization, this product is not returnable or refundable.ALL SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE. We cannot guarantee any exact sizing since all of our items are handcut.

You will receive a tracking number from us for your product. It is your responsibility to track and if it happens to be undelivered - pick up the product at your local post office. Candelabras: The name on the candelabra comes with dowels. We create holes in the base in the right spot for each dowel. You will simply place the dowels into the holes. It's best to do this at your event. Candles look best when straight. Take the time to straighten your candles. FInd the perfect spot for your candelabra! Best for pictures and free of drafts that can hinder the candles flames.

Deluxe card boxes(with seperate top pieces): SImply remove all of the pieces from the box and place on top of your box as shown in picture.

Unfinished styrofoam: It's best not to use spray paint on styrofoam. It can eat away at the material. Painted on acrylics or latex are best!

All of our listings have color charts. It can be found as the last picture on the listing. Please keep in mind that colors can look different from one monitor to another. They can look different from one picture to another. The only way to be 100% sure that we are matching your color is sending a swatch to our store. We can hold the swatch next to paint and glitters and let you know which match best.

Wonderful experience she is very helpful. one of the letters broke and the seller quickly had another one out to me. she also assisted us with painting of it. We opted for the unpainted but it is so worth it to buy the finished product. leave the experts to what they do best.
