This was the first time I ordered a dress online that required my measurements. The shop owner was very responsive and helped guide me with what size to order. The dress also came faster than I expected. I do anticipate ordering again for all my formal attire needs!

Item does not fit despite giving my exact measurements. It is 2-3 inches too large. Seller will not take any responsibility. I ordered my correct size and gave measurements. Seller told me I ordered the wrong size which is untrue. Seller will not refund any part of this order which was also. weeks late. She is quite difficult to deal with.

Item came damaged. The top has glue on it. The tie on the back was enclosed in an envelope with adhesive. The adhesive stuck to the fabric and made an obvious mark on it. The seller has been horrible to work with. She will not refund any part of the outfit. She takes no responsibility for the way in which it was packaged. It arrived several weeks late as well.
