Custom or personalized items require payment upfront and cannot be returned.

I am happy to accept returns if the item remains in it's new and original condition and is returned within 14 days. The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value if the product is not in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. I can email a PDF label to you or send it as an attachment in a message on Etsy to you. This will allow you to print the return label and use on the original packaging. How to pin the turkey head onto the pineapple:
Lay the pineapple down on a platter. The neck of the turkey should be placed up against the bottom of the pineapple and pinned on each side. The fluffy green part (the top of the pineapple, also known as the crown) acts as the tail feathers of the turkey. 🦃
