Quality! I am so impressed with this pendant, there’s so much detail in the dog and it’s a heavy piece. Also, I had a small issue receiving my order but MyIvyLife went above and beyond to fix the issue. GREAT customer service! I love my new jewelry and am so excited to always have a little reminder of my babies with me, even when they can’t be. :)
