Based on research I believe this very small, but heavy glass creamer is one of the type that was commonly seen in restaurants in the 20th century decades before 1950. It has a sturdy almost blocky shape, but then it also has panels and cuts including a starburst bottom that give it a lot of sparkle and charm as well as its heavy practicality and durability.

It is believed to have been made by the Indiana Glass Co. that was one of the prolific mid century American factories that kept this country supplied with most of its every day glass pieces for a generation; and also made them strong enough that they are still around in fine shape to serve a new generation while reminding them of the greatest generation and their children who supported their families with their faithful and honest work in many American heart land glass factories.

This little pitcher measures 2 1/8" tall x 2" wide at the bottom x 3" long from spout to edge of handle. It is in unclouded beautiful condition with the exception of one small chip on the bottom rim that you can see in the final photo.
