If you want to send any of our items as a gift, you could write the address of your friend, mother, beloved one and we'll ship it straight to her.
If you want to add your own words, wishes and greetings please write it in a message and we'll write it down on a beautiful greeting card and send it with your present!
If you want to wrap your order as a gift, you may purchase the gift wrapping option.

If you need your order by a particular time please allow an extra week or so to enable as best as possible arrival in time for your date.

Please note: Postal estimates are a guideline and not a guarantee of arrival time as nothing is an absolute when it comes to the postal system, and shipping can go over the estimates. Shipping estimates do not take into consideration inclement weather, transport break downs, holidays season and other factors that could cause delivery delays.

Buyer is responsible for collecting his package through post office in case he is not home at the time of delivery or package is too big to be carried by the postman.

REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns for made to order and seasonal items.

However, when an item arrives damaged or its not as described, returns are accepted, under the following conditions:

✧ You must notify me within 3 days of receipt that you will be making a return. I will not accept returns after this time.

✧ The parcel must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is to pay return shipping.

✧ The item must be returned in new condition and its original packaging.

Your refund will be issued as soon as the package reaches me. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

If you wish to cancel the transaction (before the order was sent) I will refund you the whole amount for the order in full.

Shipping via Hellenic Post is registered for all orders.
Due to ongoing shipping restrictions around covid-19, delivery from Greece to Europe with standard shipping(Hellenic Post) is now taking 3-15 days.
Delivery to USA and Canada is taking 5-15 working days.
And delivery to the rest of the world is taking 10-25 working days.
Express courier shipping is also available worldwide.
Picking " Courier Shipping" as a delivery option during check out, will mean that your order will arrive between 2-8 working days since the shipping date.

In general when it comes to orders with standard shipping (orders who do have a tracking number & for some reason do not arrive on time or have no updates on their shipping status) we have the following options:
1. If we have no progress on the status of your parcel I can open a file on my post office at the due date in order to find out what happened to your order & refund your money depending on the results.
2. In order a parcel to be announced as lost we have to wait 30 days since due delivery date & then refund your money if we have no further news.
In the meantime if the parcel arrives to your address & you no longer want it, you just deny to receive it & let it come back to me. The moment I take it in my hands I will refund your money
