You will love the glow power of this black light banner! I use fluorescent pink, green, orange, yellow and white to make these cool party items. They will add that WOW factor to your next black light party.
Each circle is approximatley 4.25" in diameter. Not big enough for your wall space? Convo me for a quote on a banner with larger circles.
These papers do not glow in the dark. They do, however, light up like crazy under black light, as you can see from the photos.

I purchased a banner, a cake topper, as well as the star garlands. They did an AMAZING job. These items are very well made and packaged and they arrived well in time for my party. I attached a picture so you can see just how cool they glow under black light. I am VERY pleased with everything I purchased. My niece is going to LOVE her party! Thank you!

Great quality products! I ordered these for my daughter sweet 16 glow in the dark party. The seller was very helpful and answered all my questions I had on a timely manner. The order arrived on time and was well packaged. I used a combo of star and dots glow in the smdark strings ( the dot strings were purchased separately). The Happy birthday sign it’s from the same seller and I borrowed it from a friend. I will order again!
