This Happy Birthday banner is a fabulous way to celebrate the favorite ice princess or winter-lover in your life! This banner could also be easily modified to be a great addition to a kid's bedroom or a unique baby shower theme!

This banner is constructed from layers of coordinating cardstock: teal, silver glitter and light teal, grey, and white and light purple accents. Double sided foam tape is used to adhere the cardstock for durability and added depth and dimension. The mountain scene on either end of the banner can be personalized to include the name of the individual celebrating a birthday!
