McCall's 5499 is a 1960s sewing pattern with style and versatility! The dress features a lined bodice with a center back zipper, jewel neckline, dart fitting and choice of three-quarter or short set-in sleeves above a very full four-gore skirt gathered to the waistband. The dress may be worn with a charming optional four-piece half apron with tie ends, choice of trim and optional button fastening.

Printed in 1960, the envelope has light creasing, foxing, tearing at the opening, a faded shop stamp (with the date Aug 24) and edge wear, and the pattern is factory folded complete with instructions. The measurements are given as:
