Welcome!! I am proud of you for clicking this link and finding this site. I want to help you reach your full potential. I have been a certified personal trainer for two years I have taught Pilates for four years. After working with hundreds of different clients with wide ranges of goals, I have realized what makes clients “successful” in reaching their goals and where clients “fail”. The clients I have seen become the most successful, knocking their goals out of the ball park, those clients learn through the process of fitness and movement, and through my encouragement; to fully love themselves.

The reason I put success and failure in quotes is because I want to help change how you think about these concepts. This is a plan unlike any other, this plan is about how to celebrate yourself. I have designed this 30 Day Plan specifically for you, to give you workouts and weekly challenges to help you learn:

1. What workouts to do, how to move safely and effectively – you will learn to feel comfortable with workouts and feel safe in the gym (or at home)
2. How to love yourself a little more fully with weekly challenges – you will challenge yourself and change how you think- this plan is packed with knowledge and helpful insights

Too often in our culture we focus on physical appearance; when I have seen clients be successful, it’s when they love themselves from the inside out.

Clients who learn to love their body as it is, become stronger, lose weight and overall have more life happiness. This isn’t gym class from middle school horror stories, this isn’t lame gym stereotypes. This is something new. this is a love of movement.
