This knife looks to have been mostly handmade and hand engraved. I suspect it was produced in Mexico. It appears to have been stamped "silver" as shown (this is presumed to be sterling silver). A nice floral filligree design on the handle. Springs, scales, and blades are made from steel. File blade pin is a little on the loose side. Scissors are operated with two springs. One is not present, but they still work. Nice heavy little knife. Dimensions: About 2 5/8" long when blades are closed, about a 1/2 inch thick, 11/16" across the handle. One blade is stamped "stainless steel".
