I ordered a beautiful customized 9-9.5 inch, alternating aqua/natural tree topper with fairy lights and pearls and diamond glitter. I love the idea of a clear cone. It is the perfect size for my beach-themed white 9-foot tree and I can’t wait to use it next Christmas. Nanci was very quick to respond to my emails detailing my vision. I was soo sad when I unwrapped the first one sent and saw it had gotten broken in shipping but Nanci sent a new one right away and it’s just as eye-catching if not more than the first. It was shipped in a well padded priority mail cardboard envelope marked Fragile both times but just didn’t make it unscathed the first time. I am very pleased with both the product and the customer service and will certainly come back to Nanci for other coastal-themed items.
