your package, we suggest you contact your local post office.
They may be holding your package. If you still don't find it, we

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We cannot send you a replacement. We will however, file an insurance claim. Please Note: International insurance claims are time sensitive and must be filed within 90 days of the original shipment date. It takes about 90 days for claims to be processed. As soon as the insurance claim is processed, we will send you the refund.

Most of the products in Sada Jewels Etsy Store are shown with a model image. By using this approach, we make every attempt to show the product in a realistic manner.
