My daughter and her friends call this type of patchwork quilt made with many different prints "hippy" quilts. This one was made from my stash of 100% quilt shop quality cotton fabrics. It is bright and fun. This is a churn dash pattern but in this patchwork quilt it looks like flowers pressed in a book. Flannel backing helps to stop the quilt from slipping from the bed. The batting is a lightweight polyester making for warmth without excessive bulk.

Measuring 96" x 96" it is considered an extra large queen or a king size quilt. All fabrics have been prewashed to insure that there is no shrinkage with laundering. This quilt was made in my smoke free home and professionally quilted. It is machine washable and dryable. It is meant to be used. A French (double) binding was machine applied.

This handmade quilt would make a great gift as well as a reminder of spring on a cold winter day.

Please make sure on the dimensions of this quilt as there will be no returns for size.
