Monarch Chrysalis Sculpture, 12 3/8" for INDOOR/OUTDOOR Display, Acrylic Painted Urethane Resin (12 3/8")

Buyers Please Note: The turnaround time to get this sculpture delivered to you is currently 10 weeks.
The distinctive monarch butterfly chrysalis rendered as a large (12 3/8" tall) sculpture of that magical phase it's life cycle. Perfect for a classroom demonstration or as a conversation piece in your home.
Made of urethane resin which was cast in a mold, painted delicate green with acrylic and detailed with metallic gold spots, and finished off with layers of glossy acrylic varnish. The cremaster of the chrysalis (the part it hangs from) is a disguised loop hook that can be attached to a hanger.
FOR HANGING: A swag hook comes included with this chrysalis that you can use to hang it from the ceiling. Other ideas to hang it are using an indoor flower hanger, which attaches to a wall, or a floor stand shepherd's hook.
This is NOT a toy, but it is durable enough to be hand-held for teaching. I made my first chrysalis eight years ago, used it for at least 50 live programs, and it still is like new. It looks great when paired with one of my caterpillars or the whole life cycle, which you can find in my shop.
Suggested places: Nature Centers, schools, churches, children's rooms, or if you are a monarch enthusiast like me, anywhere in your home!
The chrysalis should be displayed indoors. It could be displayed in a covered porch, as long as it is out of the rain.

この商品のレビュー
I bought several pieces of the larger caterpillars and cyrystalis. They are absolutely stunning! I would give a ten star review if I could.
These are so cool, I love them. Thank you!
Perfect attention to detail. Thanks Randy
Randy was so prompt and professional in all communications. The peices are beautiful! Unpacking them was an experience in and of itself. They were clearly made and packages with love.
