These elegant and refined lady's shoes are signed but signature is unreadable, their provenance is from the wardrobe of a noble Italian lady with the other pair in brocade silk lamè listed separately.
These elegant shoes surely have been the perfect final touch for the evening outfit of an elegant lady of Downton Abbey era and surely has great stories to tell us!
