- I will turn your photo into art and will create your personalized pet food mat design
I will send you an image of the design for approval.
- Upon approval, your new pet food mat will be shipped to you.

Postage & packaging
Pet food placemats are dispatched within 1-3 working days of design approval (Working days do not include weekends or UK bank and public holidays).
Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail, Second Class post for UK orders, and standard airmail for all international orders.

UK DELIVERY TIME - 2 - 3 working days
EUROPE DELIVERY TIME - 5 - 7 working days
USA DELIVERY TIME- 10 - 14 working days
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIME - 10 - 14 working days

Delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed. The seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays. Deliveries are likely to be delayed during holiday periods.
Orders are not insured or tracked.
Please get in touch if you have any special requests regarding the delivery of your order prior to purchase. If your order is urgent and faster delivery is required or you would prefer a tracked and insured order I can calculate the extra cost and create a listing for you if there is any delivery upgrade option available.
Buyers are responsible for any duty or customs charges if applicable.

Cancellations, Returns and refund
Cancellations are accepted until your order is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched you can still request a refund. Terms and condition of returns below:
Return requests are accepted up to 14 days after the order is delivered. The cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund is processed in case the return request accepted and once the returned order received by us.

Complaint
Although it is unlikely that your order arrives damaged, incorrect or gets lost in the mail, these things can happen sometimes. Please contact me within 48 hours of the delivery date with a picture attached of the damage/mistake and I will get a replacemat in the mail for you!
