HOW THIS WORKS:
1) Complete the checkout process and indicate the information and font style (A-H) in the "Personalization" section
2) E-mail me on Etsy or at info.otevm(at)gmail.com with your confirmation number and send a high resolution photo.
3) I will send you an export of your completed artwork. Want me to change the banner spelling or eye color? No problem!
4) After the portrait is finalized, I will complete your order!

PORTRAIT SIZES:
Medium - 8 x 10 inch image
Large - 11 x 14 inch image
Extra Large - 16 x 20 inch image

DELIVERY STYLE:
1) Digital File: You receive high resolution JPEG and PNG files of the artwork sent via Etsy or E-Mail.
2) Physical Print: You receive a physical print via mail. The portrait will be printed on photographic paper using archival inks
3) Print + Digital File: You receive both

TIME FRAME:
Orders take 1-3 days to process. Please allow a few weeks from my confirmation of receipt of your photo in order for me to email you an export of your completed portrait. The final print will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after I email your export. Any requested edits must be sent within 48 hours of me sending your portrait.

5) I draw your portrait and send an export
6) You verify colors and spelling
7) I finalize and complete your order!

After you place your order, we will attempt to contact you multiple times to keep the process moving forward. If we have not heard from you and received your reference pictures within 30 days from the date your order was placed, we will mark your order as “complete” and will provide you with an order voucher. This voucher is to give you more time to provide your reference pictures so we can place your order on our schedule.

You are welcome to do so if you order a digital file only, but we will print your portrait and will mail it to you so it is ready to display however you wish! When we print your portrait, we ensure that the colors will match what you saw in the proof and the portrait will be on professional photo paper and printed with archival inks.

Absolutely! I will send you an export of your custom illustration before finalizing your order. I do this so you can confirm spelling, the hair color, and eye colors in the portrait before I complete your order. Any requested revisions MUST be sent within 36 hours of me sending your proof. No changes can be made to your drawing once this window has closed.

You are welcome to request changes to spelling and color adjustments after I send the export of your completed illustration. Any requested edits beyond these things may incur additional charges based on the complexity of the request. Any requests that require re-drawing will result in additional charges and an extension of your order's ship date since I create your illustration from scratch.
