This is a painting in a continuing series, 100 Flowers in 100 Days (not), number 61. I am making a new Flower painting each day and posting it on Etsy, Facebook, and Instagram the same day. This piece is on Gessobord, 14" x 11", .25 inch sides are painted so frame is not necessary. Yellow and lilac flowers are contained in a dark vase with a few orange echinachea flowers and some painted paper fronds as well. On a sky blue background. The multicolored bits are pieces of painted paper glued onto the board. Notched on back for hanging. Varnished for extra shine and to protect the paint and paper.

My grandmother used to collect elephants and since I was really close to her, I love elephants as well, as they remind me of her. I bought this print for my home office and I love that it serves as a reminder of my wonderful grandmother and is also modern and beautiful and fits in with my office decor perfectly! My only complaint is that it is a non-standard size for framing, so it requires custom framing, which can be really expensive. Other than that, I love it!

Oh how I love all the bunnies, and it was hard to just select two. This bunny IS coy! The frames I've ordered may come today and I can't wait to hang both bunnies on the wall. Great size, really nice paper and signed in front. Many thanks. I highly recommend this shop and it's highly talented artisan.
