This Page, This Book, This Life

I hope that this journal inspires you to let go of inhibitions and write, color, paint, cut, paste, play, scribble, doodle, make a mess, experiment, and explore.

What do you have to say to the world? What do you want to remember about today? What makes you laugh, cry, or bow down in gratitude each day for this life? What sustains you when hard times come? This journal is a place to gather those things together—to make a record of your days on This Earth.

Each journal is mindfully assembled to include blank pages and inspiration pages that might take you in a new direction or lead you to new ideas. This is a perfect journal for finding poetry, making collages, jotting notes and lists, and just having fun.

Bring more than just a pen to this book. Use markers, paint, scissors, glue, needle and thread—anything that inspires your imagination and creativity.

This journal uses vintage book covers in front and back. It measures about 5 1/2 inches by 8 1/2 inches and contains 75+ sheets of new, upcycled, recycled, and reused papers. You will find a treasury of papers including scrapbook papers, vintage sheet music, old school papers, cookbook pages, watercolor papers, flashcards, maps, pages from vintage books, greeting cards, and other surprises.

The journal uses a vintage button and hemp string closure to keep the pages secure and private.

Each book is completely unique and impossible to duplicate. The book rings make it easy to add and remove pages, work on pages individually, reassemble, and reorganize your thoughts and work.

The vintage photo is also included! Use it as a bookmark, a piece of a collage, or the inspiration for a story or poem.

"Close the door. Write with no one looking over your shoulder. Don't try to figure out what other people want to hear from you; figure out what you have to say. It's the one and only thing you have to offer."

Barbara Kingsolver
