• How do you use an Aromatherapy Shower Steamer?
Close the bathroom door to keep aromatic steam in. Unwrap and place a shower steamer on the shower floor or shelving, out of the direct spray of water but where water can splash on it. Turn the shower on to a warm/hot setting. Splashes of water activate the steamer, releasing the soothing therapeutic aromatherapy into the steamy shower air. Wait a minute or two, adjust the water temperature to your liking, then step into the steamy shower, inhale, and exhale slowly & deeply, as the warm soothing water courses over you and the aromatic steam envelops you.
