The item itself was fine, It’s certainly genuine Ritza TT and I received the colour & length I ordered. Just so you know what you’re getting with regards to packaging though, I have to say its pretty poor. I’ve bought this thread from 7 other shops on Etsy so far and every one of them has packaged the thread on a bit of card of some description so it doesn’t get tangled and is easy to pull off lengths when using.. this shop doesn’t, it was simply taped up in a bundle that took 15 minutes to untangle when I tried to transfer it to a spool. On a side note, this is the most I have paid for this thread out of the 8 purchases I have made so far and also the first time I’ve had to pay extra for P&P. I thought for the extra £3 it was going to be sent on a nice little spool or something and was quite surprised when I opened it.

I clearly state in the item description exactly how the product is packaged and also include a photograph so there is no ambiguity in this. When people do not take the time to read any of the information and then leave unfavourable reviews I find this unfair. There is no issue with the way in which I package the thread, I have sold thousands of lengths over many years and only a handful of people have ever mentioned this. If I carded the thread this would lead to an increase in both item and postage costs. In terms of postage there is no such thing as free postage, the customer did not pay 'extra' they simply paid for the postage. Hiding this cost in the item price makes no sense to me since people ordering 5 or 10 items would pay this hidden cost 5 or 10 times.
