14 DAY SATISFACTION:

At Stratford Vault, satisfaction with your purchase is very important. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns for refund must include original documentation and packaging sent with your shipment. Items that have been altered or modified will not qualify for a refund. Buyer pays original & return shipping. Please contact us prior to the 14 day period at stratfordvault@gmail.com. Due to the nature of our business, after the 14 day period, all sales are final.

LOCAL PICKUP AND RETURNS:

Local pick-up and returns are available. Please contact us to schedule a time and we will accommodate your request.

RMA:

To arrange for a return, please contact us at stratfordvault@gmail.com and we will issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) after validating your purchase date and qualification for returning your item(s). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

WITHIN CANADA:

Return your item(s) with a courier that issues a tracking number and insurance. Stratford Vault will not be responsible for a parcel that is lost. All original / return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returned items must be in the exact same condition as when they were sent. If you received an appraisal, you need to return it undamaged or we will charge 50$ to replace it. Once the return is processed, the balance of your refund, minus a 5% processing fee, will be issued on your original method of payment.

INTERNATIONAL:

Return your item(s) with a courier that issues a tracking number and insurance. You MUST mark on the parcel "RETURN FOR REFUND". Stratford Vault reserves the right to refuse parcels not properly labelled. You must email us the tracking number. Stratford Vault will not be responsible for a parcel that is lost. All original / return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
