To take care of your terrarium, do not use any chemicals for cleaning. Run it under luke warm water and let it dry, or wipe it gently with a soft cloth. Although our terrariums are sturdy, they are still made of glass, therefore try not to bump the corners and lead junctures to maintain the durability.

DHL Express fast shipping

I am using DHL for fast shipping which takes 2-3 days to arrive all around the world. Please don't forget to give a contact phone number for a better shipping experience. DHL doesn't deliver to PO boxes or postal codes so please give full adress.

Shipping delays and lost packages

I am tring to track all my shippings. Unfortunately the delayed arrival of the packages is out of my control. During the winter and the holiday times it can happen due to the business of post offices and custom services. I can not make any refund or cancelation about the late delivery. If you have limited time please choose DHL Express fast shipping option. Please feel free to contact me if you think that your package is lost. I will try to figure it out but keep in mind that it can take some time. If the post offices accept that your package is lost i will craft you a new item and ship it for free. If a package doesn't claimed for a long time in post offices it can be send back to me and i can only make %50 refund of the total price.

If you notice a damaged item from shipping

Please contact me immediately. Please open your packages with in 3 days of delivery. I can not accept any responsibility after three days pass of the delivery. Please share at least 5 photos of the damaged product in 3 days of delivery. After the proof of damage i will craft you a new one for free and ship it as soon as possible.

The buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that can apply in their country. As you can imagine i can not foresee custom laws of every country. If a buyer refuse to deliver an item for the custom and import taxes i can not make a refund of %50 of the item price. The shipping costs can not be refund because i use that cost while sending the package.

Custom and personalized orders

We can gladly craft customized designs but we can not accept return or cancelation of these designs because they are just made for you personally.

Return and unclaimed packages

If the package return to us because of the receiver didn’t accept the package, the wrong adress that given to us or can not be found at place at the time of the delivery, the shipping cost can not be refund because we already use the shipping cost for the shipment. If you have any questions please contact us.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

If the customers pay via PayPal and want the cancellation we can not refund the PayPal stoppage. We can not accept exchange and return or refund of the custom designs. We can not accept cancellation on the items on sale.
