(ex. pictures, preferred hair style, outfits, background color, border style, text, etc.)
2. We'll communicate via email throughout the whole process.
3. You receive the digital file via email!

I want you to be 100% satisfied with how your portrait turns out. Therefore, I will work with you throughout the process, sending you updates and asking for your approval every step of the way. However, I ask that you please make all major decisions regarding your portrait prior to approving the initial sketches that I will send you. This means that you have up until the base color is finished to make any major changes to the portrait. Once the detailed coloring has begun, major changes will require an additional fee (depending on the change). Any additional fees will be agreed upon prior to the changes being made. Minor changes are not a problem.

Examples of MAJOR changes include, but are not limited to:
- changes in hairstyles/colors, outfits, writing on the banner, border style, positions, etc.

Examples of MINOR changes include:
- changes in eye color, banner color, nose shape, eyebrows, mouth, etc.
