All orders are packed with extra care to ensure their safe arrival, being fragile & shipped all the way from Israel.
I invest much time and packing materials that were proven safe for shipping big packages all over the world.

If despite the careful packaging you receive a broken item, you must contact me on THE DAY OF DELIVERY with a picture of the damaged item and I will send you another item in its place or issue a refund (by your choice). Unfortunately, the courier will not take responsibility otherwise.

Also, I use recycled boxes as much as possible and would be happy if you recycled the waste, too.

Each item is hand-built from scratch by me, using the slab technique.
I knead & flatten natural clay using a rolling pin. I measure, cut & shape each piece by hand.
After drying, the fragile clay pieces go into the 1st kiln-firing that makes them stronger (bisque).
Each item is hand brushed with a few layers of a lead-free food-safe glaze. The bottom & rim are wiped for this rustic organic look and feel of the natural clay with the colorful glaze.
The 2nd kiln-firing is at a high temperature of 1200ºC/2192ºF, for durable stoneware ceramic, which is microwave, dishwasher, & oven safe.
Yeah! Finely ready!
Opening the kiln is always exciting since each item is unique with its own character & beauty.
Like my mom used to say: "Patience pays."

The plates and bowls I make for dinnerware sets are relatively LARGE, influenced by the Middle Eastern hospitality culture, where there are often family meals with plenty of home-cooked, delicious and comforting food, made with love :)

* Dinner Plate - Approx. 10-10.5" / 25.5-26.5 cm diameter.
* Salad Plate / Dessert Plate - Approx. 8.5" / 21.5 cm diameter (in most designs).
I also make 8" / 20.3 cm diameter plates.
* Soup Bowl / Pasta Bowl / Cereal Bowl - Approx. 6.5-7" / 16.5-17.5 cm diameter, 2" / 5 cm deep. Capacity of more than 20 oz / 2.5 cups / 550 ml.

* Due to the handmade process, there might be minor differences in color, size, and weight.

I work alone in my small boutique ceramic studio. The processing time is influenced by the number of items in your order and in other orders, I am working on. I do my best to work on orders and create ceramic dishes as fast as I can without risking the quality. On big orders, I will be updating you along the way and responding to every question and message you send.

* The international shipping I use is standard shipping with a tracking number.

* To the USA:
The distribution is with UPS or USPS.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping to remote areas such as ALASKA, HAWAII, and PUERTO RICO will be for an additional charge (calculated based on package weight) according to UPS policy.

A shipping upgrade is available for an extra cost.
DHL Express shipping estimated distribution time is 3-5 business days.

All dishes are dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, and oven-safe (heating only).

In general,
Stoneware is heat-safe to 450°F / 232°C.
It can go from the freezer to the oven.
Stoneware's superior heat retention makes it perfect for oven-to-table serving, keeping your food warm for meals.
It can NOT be exposed to a broiler/grilling element or another direct heat source.

Since August 18, 2020, My shop joined Etsy payment in order to allow you the convenience of paying by credit card (which according to surveys is the preference of buyers).
